Alec Baldwin, Cameron Diaz Film in Glacier
Several movie stars arrived in Montana recently, near Glacier National Park, to film My Sister's Keeper, the story of a young girl conceived to be a bone marrow donor for her sister and who seeks emancipation from her parents. Alec Baldwin showed up, along with Cameron Diaz, Joan Cusack, and Abigail Breslin. Sixty crew members were involved in the seven day shooting schedule, most hired from the Flathead Valley, the Blackfeet reservation, and from the Bozeman area. Scenes were filmed at St. Mary and Two Medicine. Nick Cassavetes directs the film.
Most of the production was shot in Los Angeles, with several scenes filmed in and near Glacier National Park.
